John Markelwith is a graduate with honors from Drexel University with majors in both Marketing and Accounting and has over 30 years of experience in building and leading professional sales and service organizations for both domestic and international companies. John is the founder, President & CEO of “Accelerated Service," a national sign, lighting and electrical facility services provider headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Prior to forming Accelerated Service John was the founder of "The Markley Group, LLC,” a management consulting firm responsible for assisting small to medium sized companies with developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies designed to help accelerate their growth. John was instrumental in helping a number of sign and lighting companies enhance and expand their professional service offerings, develop efficient workflow, policies and procedures, implement innovative technology, build strategic partnerships and develop a certified supplier network. John's proven methodology produced measurable increases in revenue, profitability, customer loyalty and shareholder value. John is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group and a recognized industry leader, and has contributed a number of informative articles for PRSM, RFMA and RFB.
Jeanne Markelwith is a graduate with honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Jeanne was awarded a full academic scholarship to Rutgers University and graduated in the top 10% of her graduating class. Jeanne is the founder, EVP Finance & CFO of "Accelerated Service,” a national sign, lighting and electrical facility services provider headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Accelerated Service is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry and has emerged as a leader in the facility services arena servicing thousands of locations for hundreds of retained clients nationally. Jeanne has over 25 years of financial management experience and has held senior level roles for a number of financial services firms including CitiCorp where she was responsible for managing the financials for several CitiCorp subsidiaries. Prior to forming Accelerated Service, Jeanne served as the EVP Finance, CFO for “The Markley Group”, a management consulting firm responsible for helping small to medium size companies implement process improvements designed to maximize operational efficiencies and dramatically increase productivity and profitability.
The parent company, “The Markley Group, LLC,” was formed in 2002 as a business consultancy. The company was instrumental in helping a number of national sign and lighting companies grow and expand their service business.
In January of 2010, at the request of several national retail clients Accelerated Service was formed. With a proven business model, an experienced team of service professionals, a national network of certified subcontractors and suppliers and advanced technology Accelerated Service was prepared to meet the service requirements of almost any national client.
Today we operate a 24 x 7 National Call Center in Cherry Hill, NJ and have emerged as one of the fastest growing companies in the facility services arena.
